Please note- You need a return number for the payment to be processed. Please mention the return number with your full address while returning the product. Please feel free to call us for any queries or suggestions – we love to hear from you. We do NOT accept any returns that are sent to us directly. Shipping and handling charges will NOT be refunded.

Return Policy Terms

Please follow the following instructions in order for us to process your return in a seamless manner.

1. Please ensure you inform us about the return along with the reason for return. You need to fill in the refund page here in order for us to be able to make the refund.
2. HEALTHAWIN is not responsible for any delay in delivery from your end. Ensure you use a reliable courier service to send the product back to us. Always provide us with the shipment details via email.
3. Please note: the boxes need to be packed in order for you to avail of a refund service. Opened or tampered boxes are not liable for return or refund.
4. It is essential for you to ensure the product is not damaged during courier. Damaged boxes will not be refunded or taken back.
5. Do not forget to mention your complete billing address, name and contact number on the label while returning the product.
6. The product has to be returned in the original box, with the label intact in order to return the product.

Terms of Acceptance on Return

HEALTHAWIN will only accept products that are returned unopened. Any returned product that comes in with an open seal, improper handling or damaged/torn out boxes, missing labels or instructions will not be accepted for returns and will be sent back to the buyer. The product needs toreturn in the original box. Inflatable’s do not come under warranty/guarantee and cannot not be returned/refunded. The warranty for the products can be availed when the buyer sends the products back to HEALTHAWIN. The cost of the shipment for returns needs to be borne by the buyer. Products damaged during shipment or improper packaging do not qualify for refund or return in any manner. If a product is damaged on delivery, it is important for the buyer to contact HEALTHAWIN immediately and inform the customer service agents about the damage. A detailed email with the shipment information needs to be provided. The buyer will need to ship the product back to HEALTHAWIN. The cost for the shipment needs to be borne by the buyer. All return product shipment cost needs to be borne by the customer.

A refund can take up to 60 working days from the time of the refund approval. A customer will be informed about the refund via email.Once an order is placed, a buyer can choose to cancel the purchase, however the customer will have to bear a 15% cut as shipment fee.Defective products are exchanged, however customers will have to bear the shipment cost for the new product. They are also required to send in the defective products back to HEALTHAWIN in order for them to avail of an exchange.

HEALTHAWIN does not cancel orders which have been processed and shipped to customers. Credit card refunds will take about 14 working days and debit card refunds will take 30 working days to get processed. HEALTHAWIN reserves the right to deny any customer a refund or exchange of products.

Cancellation Policy

You can choose to cancel a placed order at any time. Cancellations depend on the status of your order. Shipped orders will take 14 days to be cancelled and unshipped orders will take 7 days.
